Const Generics hit stable with Rust 1.51.0.
Since then it's been possible to implement traits for arrays of any length, as it has also been done in the std lib (e.g. impl<T, const N: usize> Ord for [T; N].
This PR thus removes the array macros and implements the
PackableandUnpackabletraits directly for any length arrays.
